TESTIMONIAL (Power Plate)
When my mother began using the Power Plate, two weeks prior to her eighty second birthday, simple tasks such as getting into bed and making the single step up to her bathroom were such a difficult and painful struggle (due to the limited range of motion in her hips and knees from severe arthritis -- and the atrophy of muscle from the limits that the arthritis had placed on her movement over the previous three years) that she would cry out in pain frequently and at times could not get out of bed by herself. Pain medications offered little relief, and it looked like the situation could only get worse.
The day that we came to have Mom try out the Power Plate, it took two people to help her step up onto the machine. Within two weeks, she was getting onto the machine by herself, and was getting around the house so much better, and with less pain, and we noticed that she was looking younger, too. So, we took the first series of pictures (in the blue shirt) then (two weeks into using the Power Plate), at her birthday party. Three weeks later, I took the second series of pictures (in the green shirt).
Look at the difference in her face three weeks later! Best of all, she's experiencing *far* less pain, and is much more mobile now, walking around without even her cane much of the time!
