TESTIMONIAL (Physical Therapy)
Dear Dr. Frank Bemis & Associates,
I would like to take this opportunity to let you know about my physical therapy treatments in conjunction with your office. As you may know, not many people who NEED PT really WANT PT. Lazy by nature, I am in that category.
It would have been extremely easy to call and cancel a PT session with either Carol or Shonna, but because of the way they represent themselves and their profession, I found it fun to keep those appointments regularly. Besides the physical good that the sessions provided and the information for home exercise, the time spent in their care also made me feel cared for in a body, mind, and spirit sort of way as well.
Shonna and Carol are two of the sweetest gals I have ever met. They know their “stuff” and they represent your practice very well. I am sure that every one of their patients feel that they are the only one that receives their undivided attention and conversation because that is their nature! The two of them are special human beings who know the formula for being successful. First, they give of themselves personally. Both develop a relationship with the patient and get to know them as well as allowing the patient to get to know them by sharing personal, true life stories. Once they create a “friendship” atmosphere, the second component comes into play that rounds out the formula. They know how to treat the patient’s needs. Not once did they reprimand me for not doing enough pt at home (and I’m sure they knew that I didn’t do it at home because I didn’t remember how to do it at the office)!!! Not once did they allude to the fact that I wasn’t trying hard enough or was babying my level of pain.
Thank you for doing such a good job of hiring PT’s that are a great compliment to your practice. You certainly have hard workers, self-starters, and lovely people surrounding your own success. I will write later in regard to my positive experiences with your chiropractic group.
Sincerely,
Beverly B. Pain in the Neck and Butt Patient!
